We ship domestically only at this time. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to verify and process orders. Currently we are shipping out packages on Mondays & Wednesdays. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please be sure to provide the correct email. We are not responsible for package delays If your package is lost or stolen please reach out to the carrier first. If your package has not been found please reach out to us via email at contact@theheartgallery.co with your Order and tracking numbers. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products. A tracking number is provided once an order is verified, processed and submitted to USPS or UPS. DELIVERIES Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location & shipping service purchased.
