REFUND POLICY

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our product.

We accept items for exchange if sizing is wrong. There is no refunds unless you have received a defective product.

Items exchanged for sizing must be in new unused condition with original packaging.

Tags still in tact, an no odor.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

If a refund is requested for a defective product, it will only be for cost of product. Shipping is not refunded.

If You ordered a custom piece ALL SALES are FINAL! We will do our best to match your colors but can not guarantee color matching.

Customer is responsible, so insuring packages is highly recommended. The Heart Gallery will not be responsible for any packages lost in the mail. If we do not have desired size available we can exchange for a product of same value for exchange.

Once product is received at our warehouse we will email you to complete the exchange process.
